What our research says

Writesonic

This is not the AI copywriter the catalogs still describe — it is a GEO tracking suite priced like one, and at $79 to start you are paying enterprise-monitoring money for a three-engine view of your own brand.

Pros

  • Daily prompt and answer tracking is the core of the product, not a bolt-on dashboard
  • Site audits, content generation and publishing sit in the same tool as the monitoring
  • A genuine free tier still exists, with no card required

Cons

  • Starter watches three engines out of ten; the interesting ones are all Enterprise
  • Month-to-month costs about 25% more than the advertised annual rate
  • The old writing-tool positioning is gone, so most third-party reviews describe a different product
  • Prompt and article caps are daily and monthly, so a burst of work stalls until the counter resets

Yaara

A 2022-vintage Jasper-style copy tool that survived the shakeout. It is cheap and the word allowances are generous, but very little here needs a dedicated subscription in 2026 unless the template library and word-count billing genuinely match how your team works.

Pros

  • $15 entry price sits well under comparable Jasper and Copy.ai tiers
  • 110,000 words on the cheapest plan is a lot of headroom for one writer
  • Two seats included at the entry price rather than sold separately
  • Bundled presentation generator is unusual at this price point

Cons

  • Roughly four-person company, so support depth and roadmap continuity are a risk
  • No API and no browser extension surfaced on the site
  • Only a 7-day trial, with no permanent free tier to fall back on
  • The step from $15 to $82 is steep the moment you outgrow the first tier

Which one fits

Choose Writesonic if you need

  • Brands that already know they are losing citations inside ChatGPT and want it measured
  • Agencies reporting AI-answer share of voice to clients month over month
  • Teams that want prompt tracking and article production billed on one invoice

Choose Yaara if you need

  • Small marketing teams who prefer filling templates over a blank prompt box
  • Non-English campaigns where the multilingual coverage saves time
  • Freelancers who need high word volume at a low fixed monthly fee
