Paraphraser, grammar checker and AI-text humaniser bundled with about 30 small writing tools.
WriteTone puts the usual student and content-writer utilities behind one login: a paraphraser with roughly 90 tone presets, grammar checking, summarising, plagiarism checking and a HumanGPT rewriter sold explicitly as a way to make AI output read as human and get past detectors. A chat-style tutor sits alongside them, and the whole set works across 50-odd languages. It runs on the web with a Chrome extension and a Microsoft Word integration, and documents an API. The operator is Ibranext Technologies, which publishes a contact address but no country. Free accounts get 100,000 characters a month with ads; the Plus plan is $15.82 a month or $189.90 a year.
Free: 100,000 characters/month, limited humaniser and summariser, with ads. Plus: $15.82/month or $189.90/year (two months free) for unlimited characters, unlimited humanising and grammar checks, ad-free.
Use tool ↗Good value if you actually use several of the tools - unlimited paraphrasing, grammar checking and summarising for about $16 a month undercuts buying them separately. The honesty problem is that the same subscription sells plagiarism detection and a detector-evasion rewriter side by side, which tells you who the real customer is. Treat the 637,000-user claim as marketing.
Watch out: HumanGPT is marketed as a way to bypass AI detection - using it on graded or client work is a policy problem, not a feature.
