Use tool ↗About UXsniff
UXsniff records visitor sessions and builds heatmaps from a small script, then runs an AI pass over the recordings so you are not watching hours of playback. It marks rage clicks, attention without action and idle drop-offs, and its Change Radar spots when something on the page changed and reports what that did to behaviour, including retroactive before-and-after comparison. The Singapore team behind it has been at this since 2019 and also runs Brainybear. Plans are named after dogs and scale on recordings and pageviews per day: a free tier covers 4,500 monthly pageviews, and paid tiers start at $19 a month. A REST API is published.

Pros & cons of UXsniff
Sits between Hotjar's raw playback and a full product-analytics stack: the AI summary is the reason to pick it, because it tells you which of the 500 recordings is worth opening. Data retention is the weak spot — one month on the entry plan, three on the top tier — so it is a live diagnostic tool, not a historical record.
Pros
- AI flags rage clicks, attention without action and idle drop-offs instead of leaving you to scrub
- Change Radar detects page changes and attributes behaviour shifts to them
- Genuinely usable free tier at 4,500 pageviews and 300 recordings a month
- REST API published
- Named Singapore company operating since 2019
Cons
- Data storage is only 1 month on the $19 plan and 3 months at the top
- Daily caps on recordings and pageviews, so a traffic spike silently truncates data
- Site counts (2 to 10) are low for agencies
- No legal entity name published, only the UXsniff brand
Best for
- Small teams that cannot watch every session recording
- Founders diagnosing a sudden drop in conversion
- Sites that need heatmaps plus a why, not just a where
Not for
- Long-horizon analysis, given 1-3 month data retention
- Deep qualitative research with manual tagging workflows
Watch out: Limits are per day, not per month — a campaign spike blows past the recording cap and you lose the sessions you most wanted.
