Use tool ↗About Kraftful
Kraftful pulled app-store reviews, support tickets, survey answers and call transcripts from connected sources and clustered them into named feature requests, complaints and trends, each linked back to the original quotes, with exports of user stories to Jira and Linear. Amplitude acquired the company in July 2025 to build the capability into its own platform, where similar feedback analysis is now sold as Amplitude AI Feedback. As of October 2026 the Kraftful website returns a not-found page and its app address no longer resolves, so the standalone product can no longer be signed up for.

Pros & cons of Kraftful
Kraftful was good at turning thousands of unstructured comments into a ranked, quote-backed list a PM could act on, but it no longer exists as a product you can sign up for. Teams that want the same job done should look at Amplitude's AI Feedback, where the acquired technology went, or at an independent feedback-analysis tool.
Pros
- Clustered feedback into named requests and complaints with links to source quotes
- Connected app-store, support, survey and call sources in one place
- Its approach continues inside Amplitude AI Feedback
Cons
- The standalone product and its website are offline
- Replacement requires moving to Amplitude's platform or a different vendor
Best for
- Reference only: teams researching what Kraftful did before choosing a replacement
- Existing Amplitude customers looking for the successor feature
Not for
- Anyone looking for a standalone feedback-analysis tool to buy today
- Teams that do not want to adopt the full Amplitude analytics platform
Watch out: The Kraftful site now returns a 404 and the app address does not resolve; do not plan around the standalone product.
