Kraftful pulls app-store reviews, support tickets, survey responses and call transcripts from around thirty connected sources and clusters them into named feature requests, complaints and trends, each linked back to the original quotes. It also runs AI-moderated follow-up interviews, drafts requirement documents, translates non-English feedback, and exports user stories to Jira and Linear. Amplitude acquired the company in July 2025 and is folding the capability into its own platform, though kraftful.com still accepts signups.
A free tier exists and the site points to paid Pro and Team plans, but the public pricing page is password-gated and larger deals route through a demo request.
Use tool ↗Strong at the specific job of turning thousands of unstructured comments into a ranked, quote-backed list a PM can act on. The catch is that it now belongs to Amplitude, so the standalone product is a transition path, not a long-term independent bet.
Watch out: Amplitude bought Kraftful in July 2025 and is absorbing it into its platform — check what happens to standalone accounts before building a process on it.
