What our research says

SEOZilla

Sits a step above the cheapest auto-blogging tools because it names its founders, publishes a credit table you can do arithmetic on, and sells a human-editor tier for people who will not put unreviewed copy on a client site. The syndication to Reddit and Medium is unusual and also the part most likely to get an account flagged if run carelessly. Read the credit costs before the plan names — $19.99 buys about four articles, not a content programme.

Pros

  • Publishes into seven named CMS platforms plus a REST API for the rest
  • Credit costs are itemised — 15 per medium article, 5 per image, 15 per site analysis
  • A human-editor package tier exists for reviewed output
  • Founders are named publicly, which is rare in this category
  • Syndication to Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Medium and YouTube is built in

Cons

  • The $19.99 entry plan is about four articles a month, not a content strategy
  • Extra seats cost $19.99 each on top of the plan
  • The free trial is only three days
  • The site shows no country of registration behind the Ltd. entity

Writesonic

This is not the AI copywriter the catalogs still describe — it is a GEO tracking suite priced like one, and at $79 to start you are paying enterprise-monitoring money for a three-engine view of your own brand.

Pros

  • Daily prompt and answer tracking is the core of the product, not a bolt-on dashboard
  • Site audits, content generation and publishing sit in the same tool as the monitoring
  • A genuine free tier still exists, with no card required

Cons

  • Starter watches three engines out of ten; the interesting ones are all Enterprise
  • Month-to-month costs about 25% more than the advertised annual rate
  • The old writing-tool positioning is gone, so most third-party reviews describe a different product
  • Prompt and article caps are daily and monthly, so a burst of work stalls until the counter resets
