Prediction markets on release dates, Metacritic scores and awards, attached to a game library tracker
PlayThis is a game library tracker with a prediction market bolted on. It imports your Steam, Xbox and PlayStation libraries in one click, tracks ownership, sessions, ratings, reviews and lists, and adds its own PlayValue and ReplayValue metrics alongside Metacritic and HowLongToBeat data from IGDB. The other half is a play-money market where you spend a daily allowance of PXP on questions about release timing, review scores, Game Awards outcomes, sales milestones and esports, with leaderboards and monthly prize contests. Users can propose markets themselves. It is run by PlayThis LLC under Delaware law, with the tracker free and a Pro tier that mostly buys prediction headroom.
Free accounts get the whole library tracker plus 100 daily PXP, ad-supported game pages and up to 10 open positions. Pro is $6.99/month or $66.99/year and mostly raises prediction limits — 250 daily PXP, positions up to 200, 25 open at once, 5 market proposals a day, 12-hour early access — plus an ad-free experience and profile cosmetics. A 14-day trial requires a card.
Use tool ↗The library tracker is complete and free, which is unusual — one-click imports from all three platforms, sessions, reviews and lists with nothing paywalled. Pro is really a subscription to bigger prediction limits, so the value depends entirely on whether you care about the play-money markets, which pay leaderboard prizes rather than cash.
Watch out: PXP is play money — the markets pay leaderboard prizes and bragging rights, not winnings.
