Use tool ↗About swung.ai
swung.ai is a browser app for golfers that turns an uploaded swing video into a broadcast-style shot tracer and an AI breakdown of the swing. The tracer supports 3D pinning and custom colour, glow and taper, and clips export in up to 4K for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. A newer web-based golf video editor adds scorecard, shot-stat and hole overlays and runs on phone or desktop without an app install. The shot tracer is offered free, and the site's refund policy describes a recurring Pro subscription for unlimited analysis and advanced metrics.

Pros & cons of swung.ai
swung.ai turns a phone video of a golf swing into a shot-tracer graphic and a swing-path breakdown without manual video editing, and now adds a browser video editor with golf overlays. It is useful for golfers who want shareable broadcast-style clips; a Pro subscription exists for unlimited analysis, but its price is only visible after sign-up and the operator is not named, which makes it hard to judge the service's longevity.
Pros
- Generates a shot-tracer overlay automatically from an uploaded clip
- Free tier covers the shot tracer
- Exports up to 4K for sharing on social platforms
Cons
- No public pricing page; the Pro price appears only inside the account
- No dedicated mobile app was found on the App Store or Google Play
Best for
- Golfers who want a shot-tracer clip for social media
- Casual players curious about their swing path without buying a launch monitor
Not for
- Coaches needing detailed biomechanical metrics and drill plans
- Anyone who wants a mobile app instead of uploading video in a browser
Watch out: The site names no operating company beyond the swung.ai brand, so treat it as an early-stage project rather than an established vendor before paying for Pro.
