PicLumen runs image and video generation off a single credit balance it calls Lumens. Rather than train its own stack it resells access to outside models — Seedream, Kling, Seedance, GPT-Image, Midjourney on the top tier — and adds a node canvas for chaining text, image and video steps, a set of built-in video effects, and a public feed where users publish and remix each other's output. The operator is Grand Vision Tech Software Limited, and both the terms and the privacy policy put disputes in Hong Kong courts. Free accounts get 10 Lumens a day with watermarks and no commercial licence; paid tiers start at US$6.09 a month billed yearly.
Lite is US$6.09/month billed yearly, US$7.59 month to month, for 750 Lumens (roughly 750 images or 30 videos). Standard US$19.99, Pro US$37.49 and Elite US$134.99 are the yearly-billed rates. One-off Lumen packs run from US$0.99 for 100 to US$149.99 for 20,000. The free tier is 10 Lumens a day, watermarked, with no commercial rights.
Use tool ↗PicLumen is a cheap way to reach a lot of hosted models without holding four subscriptions, and the daily free Lumens make it easy to try before paying. What you give up is control: you are renting someone else's inference, the credit maths shifts with each model, and the entry tier is watermarked with no commercial licence. Treat it as a generation front-end, not something to build a pipeline on.
Watch out: Subscription Lumens reset every billing cycle and do not roll over unless you are on the Elite plan with Lumen Vault.
