Craiyon grew out of the open-source DALL-E mini demo and still turns a typed prompt into a grid of images straight in the browser, with no sign-up required on the free tier. Paid tiers route requests to stronger third-party models, strip the watermark and the ads, and add a monthly credit allowance for the better generators. It is one of the few image tools you can hand to someone who has neither an account nor a card.
Free generations on the older Lite model are unlimited but watermarked and ad-supported; paid tiers are credit-metered per month, with third-party trackers quoting roughly $10 to $70 per month depending on tier and billing period.
