NaturalReader

A listening-first TTS veteran that quietly modernized: OCR on photos and scans, cloned voices, and study aids make it stronger for reading support than for content production. Personal-plan audio is licensed for personal use only, so creators need the separately-priced commercial product, and there is no developer API.

Pros

The most complete listen-to-anything reader on a phone, but the $29 monthly sticker is a trap — the same thing is $139 a year, and the free tier is deliberately unpleasant.
