Pulls surveys, interviews, tickets and product analytics into one place and pulls themes out of them.
Mimir is a workspace for product teams drowning in half-read research. You paste, upload or connect transcripts, CSVs, PDFs, screenshots, Slack threads and URLs, and it clusters the recurring themes across them, suggests what to act on, and keeps every claim traceable back to the source line it came from. The demo shows NPS exports, Zendesk tickets, interview transcripts and funnel data sitting side by side. The site is live with sign-in and a free start, but publishes no pricing page and names no company behind it.
Only a Get started free call to action is published. There is no pricing page (mimir.build/pricing returns 404) and the terms of service contain no fee schedule or payment terms at all, so no paid tier could be confirmed.
Use tool ↗The pitch is sharp and the demo is concrete: it wants to be the place your scattered product evidence lands so decisions cite something. What it does not have is any public accountability - no company name, no address, no pricing, and terms that say nothing about money. Worth a trial with non-sensitive data, not worth a research repository migration yet.
Watch out: The terms of service name only the word Mimir as the operator, with no company, jurisdiction or governing law - treat anything confidential as out of scope until that changes.
