Use tool ↗About MeetAssist
MeetAssist listens to live video interviews on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, transcribes both sides, detects the interviewer's questions and shows suggested answers built from the candidate's CV, the job post and a personal answer bank. The desktop app for Windows and Mac stays hidden from screen sharing and recordings, a Chrome extension covers browser calls, and Phone Mode sends answers to a second device. An Analyze function reads coding tasks and quizzes on screen and explains a solution, and after each call it emails a report on the questions and how the answers could improve. It supports 45 languages and is run by MeetAssist OÜ in Estonia.

Pros & cons of MeetAssist
MeetAssist's pitch is a hidden answer overlay for live interviews, and the one-time passes avoid a subscription trap; the daily free minutes in the extension are enough to test it on a mock call. Because the answers are only hidden by keeping them off the shared screen, using it still carries the same disclosure risk as any other stealth interview aid, including detection if an employer checks for it.
Pros
- Works across Google Meet, Zoom and Teams plus on-screen coding tasks
- Phone Mode keeps answers off the shared screen entirely
- One-time passes at $9, $19 or $29 with nothing renewing
- Free minutes refill daily in the Chrome extension
- Supports 45 languages
Cons
- Relying on it risks disqualification if a company detects or bans AI aids
- Free minutes run on faster base models; the more capable models need a paid pass
- Unlimited passes count calendar days from purchase, not days used
Best for
- Candidates who want backup during live technical interviews
- Non-native speakers wanting real-time phrasing help across many languages
- People who prefer paying once instead of a monthly subscription
Not for
- Candidates interviewing at companies that explicitly ban AI assistance
- Anyone uncomfortable with the ethics of an undisclosed answer feed
Watch out: Some employers treat undisclosed real-time AI assistance during interviews as grounds for rejection if discovered.
