Desktop app that reads an incoming message and drafts the reply for you to edit
MailReply is a Windows and macOS desktop application, credited on the site to IYIA, that sits alongside whatever mail client you already use. It reads the incoming message, generates a contextual reply and hands it back for review and editing before anything is sent, and the vendor says it works with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and others rather than plugging into one provider. A free preview version is available before you buy a licence key. Paid plans are per seat: Basic at $19 a month or $150 a year covering up to 200 generated emails a month, and Professional at $49 a month or $450 a year covering up to 500 with priority support. No company country or address is published.
$19 per seat per month (or $150 per seat per year) for up to 200 generated emails monthly; Professional is $49 per seat per month or $450 per year for 500. A free preview version exists before licensing.
Use tool ↗MailReply's angle is that it is a desktop app rather than a mailbox integration, so it works across whichever client you happen to use and never asks for OAuth into your inbox. That also means it is doing less: no threading, no triage, no send-side automation, just a drafted reply you paste. At $19 a seat for 200 emails a month, the per-message cost is high for what it is.
Watch out: Per-seat pricing with a monthly generation cap means a small team hits both limits at once; price the team, not the seat, before committing.
