Where the AI runs out, on complex routing or group bookings, the service hands off to human travel experts who handle the booking. Core planning is free and a premium tier at $49 a year lifts limits on the planning features; bookings themselves go through partners. It is run by Layla AI GmbH out of Berlin. The address it was catalogued under, justasklayla.com, now redirects to layla.ai, and there is no public API.
