Sales assistant that drafts follow-ups, CRM updates and meeting prep, then waits for a human to approve them.
Klipy writes sales work but never sends it. It drafts follow-up emails, CRM record updates, meeting prep notes and pipeline hygiene tasks, then queues each one for a person to approve — the vendor states plainly that it cannot message anyone on its own, and that deleted drafts and failed runs cost nothing. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Teams and Zoom on the communication side, and to Pipedrive, Attio, HubSpot, Notion and Salesforce on the record side, over API, webhooks and MCP. It is run by Vire KLL Inc., a Delaware company founded in August 2024 with people in Hong Kong, Seoul, Taipei and New York. The harvested useklipy.com domain now redirects here.
Free: one seat, 200 tokens a month (about 100 approved follow-ups), two inboxes, one pipeline. Starter $39/seat/month up to five seats; Growth $89/seat/month adds two-way HubSpot and Attio sync; Professional $149/seat/month adds Salesforce sync, PII masking and audit logs. Extra tokens are $0.10 each with a configurable cap. Annual billing is not offered.
Use tool ↗Klipy's design decision is the interesting one: the agent drafts, a person approves, and nothing leaves without a click. That makes it far safer to point at a live inbox than most autonomous SDR tools, and the token meter means an unused draft is not billed. The cost is that it will not save you the review time, and at $39 a seat plus token overage the price scales with how much you actually approve.
Watch out: Tokens, not seats, are the real meter — Starter's 400 tokens per seat cover roughly 200 approved follow-ups a month before overage starts.
