Use tool ↗About Flowova
Flowova is a web-based flowchart generator from the UK company NOWGIC LTD. Users type a plain-language description of a process, upload an image of a hand-drawn diagram, or import a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file, and the tool produces an editable flowchart with automatic node layout. An AI chat panel lets users request edits in natural language rather than dragging shapes by hand, and finished diagrams export to PNG and other formats. The free plan allows three AI generations and three saved flowcharts; paid plans remove those caps.

Pros & cons of Flowova
Flowova is aimed at people who'd rather describe a process than drag boxes around, and the multi-format import (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, hand-drawn images) is broader than most flowchart AI tools. The free tier is thin enough that you'll hit the cap after a handful of diagrams.
Pros
- Accepts text, images, and dozens of file formats as input
- AI chat panel for iterative edits after generation
- One-click auto-layout instead of manual node arranging
- Pay-as-you-go option alongside the subscription
Cons
- Free plan caps out at 3 AI generations and 3 saved charts
- No mobile app, browser only
Best for
- Turning meeting notes or a process description into a diagram fast
- Converting an existing PDF or slide-deck process doc into an editable chart
- Users who want AI chat edits instead of manual node placement
Not for
- Teams needing real-time multi-user collaboration on the canvas
- Anyone wanting a permanently free tool for regular use
Watch out: The free plan's 3 AI generations run out after a few diagrams; the $249 lifetime licence only beats the $99 annual plan if you keep using it for more than two and a half years.
