Floot, Inc. is a Y Combinator company in San Francisco whose product turns a conversation in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client into a deployed web app. It attaches as an MCP connector, then writes the frontend, provisions a database, wires up sign-in, scheduled jobs, email and third-party pieces such as Stripe and Google login, and publishes the result at its own URL. Billing is flat plans rather than per-token, metered against two counters: build actions and credits. The free tier gives 5,000 credits a month but stamps Floot branding on published apps and unpublishes them after fourteen days unless you upgrade.
Pro is $25 a month with 25,000 credits, credit rollover, custom domains, production hosting and human support. The free tier is 5,000 credits a month with Floot branding and 14-day app expiry. Enterprise is quoted, with reported annual minimums around $20,000. The vendor pricing page renders client-side and did not yield figures to a fetch, so the plan numbers come from secondary listings.

That makes it approachable for non-developers who already live in a chat window. The cost is opacity - you do not see the code path the way you would in a code-first builder, and the free tier deletes your app after two weeks.
Watch out: Two separate meters, build actions and credits, govern what a plan lets you do; a plan that looks roomy on credits can still throttle you on build actions.
