Use tool ↗About Dypt
Dypt is a task manager built around depth: any task can be broken into subtasks to unlimited levels, and an AI action does the splitting for you. It also handles deadlines with calendar views and push reminders, recurring schedules, time estimates against logged time, and public or private sharing. Two details set it apart from the usual to-do app: a command-line client for people who live in a terminal, and photographing a handwritten list to turn it into structured tasks. Starter is free with 100 tasks and 25 AI actions; Pro is EUR 4 a month billed annually, VIP EUR 7. The operator is Poyzer Tech Limited, company 15323923, registered in England and Wales.

Pros & cons of Dypt
Dypt costs about the same as a coffee and does one thing few competitors bother with: breaking a vague task into a real tree of subtasks, then letting you drive that tree from a terminal. Photo capture of handwritten lists is a genuinely useful entry point. The AI action allowance is the constraint, with 200 a month on Pro, and the whole thing is browser plus CLI with no native apps.
Pros
- Subtask nesting has no depth limit, and AI can generate the breakdown
- Command-line client for terminal workflows
- Converts a photo of a handwritten list into structured tasks
- Named UK company with a Companies House registration number, which is more than most tools at this price disclose
Cons
- AI actions are capped at 200 a month on the EUR 4 plan
- Browser and CLI only, no native mobile or desktop apps
- Sharing tops out at 5 people on Pro, so it is not really a team tool
- The /pricing URL returns a 404; prices are only on the homepage
Best for
- People who plan by decomposing work rather than listing it
- Terminal-first users who resent leaving the shell
- Students and solo users on a small budget
Not for
- Teams needing boards, workflow states or reporting
- Anyone who wants native iOS or Android apps
Watch out: Prices are charged in euros, so the dollar amount on your card will move with the exchange rate.
