Use tool ↗About Dewatermark
Dewatermark uses AI inpainting to erase watermarks, logos, text overlays, and timestamps from images, and extends the same processing to video. It offers three removal models of increasing strength, up to a Pro model for harder cases, plus upscaling and batch processing on paid plans. It is made by XTeam, a Singapore-based team, and launched in 2022. Free use is capped at three images a day without an account; paid access is available either as a yearly subscription or as pay-as-you-go credit packs that never expire, with one credit generally covering one standard image and three credits covering one Pro-model image.

Pros & cons of Dewatermark
Does the specific job of erasing a watermark or timestamp reliably enough that it has apps across web, mobile, and desktop, with a large enough free daily allowance to test it before paying. The credit system means cost is unpredictable if you are processing many images or long videos rather than a handful of photos.
Pros
- Available on web, iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac rather than browser-only
- Free daily allowance of 3 images works without creating an account
- Credits never expire on the pay-as-you-go option, so occasional users are not penalized
Cons
- No flat monthly price for unlimited use; heavy users pay per credit
- Video processing consumes credits per second, which can get expensive for longer clips
- Multiple removal models make it unclear upfront which one a given image needs
Best for
- Someone removing a watermark from a small batch of purchased or licensed photos
- Users who want to try the tool without creating an account first
- People needing the same tool across phone, desktop, and browser
Not for
- Anyone processing watermark removal at high volume, where credit costs add up fast
- Removing watermarks from content you do not have the rights to use, which is a copyright risk regardless of the tool
Watch out: Removing a watermark from an image you do not own or have licensed can infringe the original creator's copyright — the tool does not check ownership.
