CreateDraft is a browser drafting tool for legal documents. You pick from a list of 373 templates - NDAs, employment and lease agreements, SaaS terms, wills, M&A papers - set a jurisdiction from a list of more than 200 countries, choose one of roughly 55 languages, select a draft length from about 500 to 2,000-plus words, and choose which OpenAI model runs the generation (GPT-5, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, o1 or o3). Output lands in an editor where you can save it to folders, copy it as text or HTML, or download it as a Word file. Guests get 5,000 words a day with no account. The site publishes no company name and no pricing page, and its own About page is a placeholder reading coming soon.

The problem is everything around it: no named company, an About page that says coming soon, and no published price for a tool that drafts binding documents. Treat the output as a first draft for a lawyer to mark up.
Watch out: The title tag on its own About page reads LegalPad.ai, suggesting a rebrand or a shared codebase - and with no company named you cannot tell who processes the documents you paste in.
