Use tool ↗About Codespect
Codespect installs as a GitHub App and reviews pull requests automatically, posting a PR summary plus line-level comments with suggested fixes. Rather than one general model for every stack, it picks a model tuned to the framework in the diff - Laravel's Eloquent patterns, React hooks, Vue's composition API - and on a re-push it only reviews the new changes instead of repeating earlier comments. Setup takes about fifteen seconds through GitHub, and code is deleted right after each review rather than stored. The only plan is a Founding Member subscription at a locked-in monthly price, preceded by a two-week free trial that doesn't need a card. The company behind it isn't named on the site, though GDPR language in the footer points to EU-based data handling.

Pros & cons of Codespect
Codespect's pitch is narrower and more credible than most AI code review tools: framework-specific models and incremental re-reviews that don't repeat old comments. It's a good fit for teams already committed to Laravel or React who are tired of generic review bots, but the single flat-rate plan means there's no free tier to try it on a side project long-term.
Pros
- framework-specific models instead of one generic reviewer
- incremental re-review avoids duplicate comments on new pushes
- suggested fixes are attached directly to review comments
- code is deleted after each review rather than retained
Cons
- single paid plan with no lasting free tier
- company name and headquarters aren't disclosed
- framework coverage is limited to a handful of stacks
Best for
- Laravel and React teams wanting framework-aware review comments
- teams tired of AI reviewers repeating the same comment every push
- small teams that want a locked-in early-access price
Not for
- teams on languages outside Laravel/PHP, JS/TS, React, or Vue
- anyone wanting a permanently free tier for open-source repos
Watch out: The $19/month price is described as a locked founding-member rate, which implies pricing for new signups will rise later.
