Use tool ↗About Circler
Circler is reconciliation software written for one trade: ticket resellers, who buy inventory across many accounts and cards and then have to tie every charge and refund back to an order. It ingests CSV exports, auto-forwarded confirmation emails and bank feeds, matches transactions to purchases, and links refunds to the original order without manual searching. The founder came from audit work at a Big Four firm and corporate accounting, and the company is registered at a Fifth Avenue address in New York. Pricing splits into a purchase reconciler from one hundred and twenty-five dollars a month across three tiers and a cheaper single-tier invoice reconciler at one hundred, both with small per-email and per-inventory-line overage charges past the included volume.

Pros & cons of Circler
Narrow by design, and that is the argument for it: generic accounting tools have no concept of a ticket order that gets refunded three weeks later across a different card. The matching, email ingestion and refund linking target exactly that. Outside ticket resale there is no reason to look at it.
Pros
- Ingests CSV exports, auto-forwarded confirmation emails and bank feeds
- Matches transactions to purchase orders without manual searching
- Links refunds back to the originating order
- Multi-user access included on every tier
- 14-day trial with full feature access
Cons
- Only relevant to one industry
- Per-email and per-inventory-line overage charges on top of the subscription
- No API listed for pushing results into an accounting system
- Site copy carries a 2024 copyright line, so parts are not being maintained
Best for
- Ticket resellers reconciling purchases across many cards and accounts
- Back-office staff currently doing this matching in spreadsheets
- Operations that need refunds tied back to original orders
Not for
- Any business outside ticket and event resale
- Companies wanting general bookkeeping or tax filing
Watch out: Overage is billed per email and per inventory entry, so a high-volume month costs more than the tier price suggests.
