Native Mac app that sends whatever is on screen to ChatGPT from an option-space shortcut
Blue is a Mac-native ChatGPT client whose point is screen context: press option and space anywhere in the system and it can act on what is currently in front of you, instead of making you copy text into a browser tab. It is built by Monter AB in Sweden and needs macOS 12.6 Monterey or later; a Windows edition is listed as planned but is not shipping. Billing is by monthly token allowance rather than by seat, and there is a cheaper tier for people who bring an OpenAI key of their own and use the app purely as a client. A trial runs without a card. There is no web version and no mobile app.
Bring-your-own-key is 5 dollars a month and uses your OpenAI account for model usage. Starter is 10 dollars a month with 250,000 GPT-4o tokens and unlimited GPT-3.5; Professional is 20 dollars with a million. A trial runs without a card.

The five-dollar bring-your-own-key tier is honest pricing for what is, at that tier, a client. The limits are real though — Mac only, token allowances rather than unlimited use, and a small Swedish company with a Windows build that has been promised rather than shipped.
Watch out: Screen-context capture means whatever is on screen can be sent to a model provider — mind what window is open when you hit the shortcut.
