AskYourPDF ingests PDFs and other documents so you can query them conversationally, get summaries and trace answers back to source pages. Beyond one-off document chat it packages an embeddable agent trained on your own files and website that can hand off to a support ticket, a form filler that populates non-fillable PDFs from other documents, a document widget and a Zotero plugin for researchers. It is reachable through the web, iOS and Android apps, a Chrome extension, a ChatGPT integration and a documented developer API, and is run by Proton Labs in London.

Pros & cons of AskYourPDF
A sensible pick when the job is repeatable question-answering across a document library rather than one clever answer, and the embeddable agent plus API are what separate it from the many ChatPDF clones. If you already live in Google's stack, NotebookLM covers the research half at no cost.
