Use tool ↗About AirOps
AirOps measures how often a brand gets cited when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI surfaces answer prompts in its category, then feeds those gaps into workflows that draft and refresh pages. Execution runs through an agent called Quill working against a brand kit and connected knowledge sources, with usage metered in tasks. The underlying workflow engine is callable over a REST API with keys and SDKs, and exposed to assistants through MCP servers.

Pros & cons of AirOps
Built for content teams with real budget who need both AI-citation measurement and the production capacity to act on it. If you only want to see where you rank in ChatGPT answers, a pure tracking tool costs a fraction of this.
Pros
- Measurement and production in one system, so gaps flow straight into briefs and refreshes
- Pro tracks 7+ answer engines rather than a single-source view
- Genuine API, SDKs and MCP servers make it scriptable instead of UI-only
- A 14-day trial without payment details lets you validate the tracking data first
Cons
- No public prices on any tier — Solo, Pro and Enterprise all end in a sales-set package
- Task-based metering makes cost forecasting hard until you have run a month
- No permanent free tier any more, only a 14-day trial
- Positioning has shifted repeatedly from AI app builder to marketing workflows to AI search visibility
Best for
- In-house SEO and content teams whose organic traffic is being eaten by AI answers
- Agencies running programmatic content at scale across many client sites
- Engineering-adjacent marketers who will actually use the workflow API rather than the UI
Not for
- Solo operators or small sites — the pricing model and task accounting assume volume
- Teams that want a fixed monthly bill without a sales conversation
Watch out: Everything is denominated in 'tasks' that you cannot map to output volume in advance, and overage bills at roughly $0.025 each on top of the plan.
