VicSee generates video and stills from a single credit balance: text-to-video and image-to-video with synchronised audio and reference images for character consistency, text-to-image up to 4096 by 4096, plus face swap and enhancement utilities. A free account gets 20 one-time credits and watermarked output; paid tiers remove the watermark, grant a monthly credit allowance and allow more parallel jobs, with API access on the higher one. Credit packs can also be bought outright and are stated not to expire. No company is named anywhere on the site — the terms cite United States law and nothing more — and the footer copyright still reads 2024 while the pricing is current.

Starter is $10/month (list $15) or $120/year for 500 credits a month, roughly 33 videos or 250 images, two parallel tasks and no watermark.
