Use tool ↗About Unbotify
Unbotify builds a private voice profile from emails, posts and documents you paste or upload, extracting style traits such as formality, warmth, sentence length, punctuation habits and phrases you avoid. With that profile it writes first drafts from a few notes or rewrites an existing AI draft in one of three intensities: Light, Natural or Direct. A Chrome extension puts the rewrite inside Gmail, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Slack and Google Docs, and separate profiles can be kept per surface. It suits people who send a lot of short messages and want AI help without the generic AI tone.

Pros & cons of Unbotify
Unbotify trains on your own writing rather than paraphrasing toward a generic 'human' style, which makes it more useful for everyday email and social replies than detector-dodging humanizers. At $9 a month the Pro plan is cheap, but the free tier is only ten rewrites ever, so it is a short trial rather than a plan. Skip it if you need a team product, an API or a vendor with a named company behind it.
Pros
- Builds a style profile from real writing samples instead of paraphrasing to a generic tone
- Writes first drafts from rough notes, not only rewrites of existing text
- Works inside Gmail, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Slack and Google Docs through the Chrome extension
- Pro at $9 per month includes 5,000 writes and rewrites
Cons
- Free plan is 10 writes and rewrites in total, not per month
- No legal entity or country named in the terms of service
- Chrome-only extension; no desktop or mobile app found
Best for
- Founders, recruiters and sales people who send many short messages and want drafts in their own voice
- People who start from AI drafts and want them to stop reading as AI-written
- Users who keep different tones for LinkedIn, email and Slack
Not for
- Teams that need shared style guides, admin controls or an API
- Long-form writers who need fact-level editing rather than tone matching
Watch out: The 3-day Pro trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends, and the free plan's 10 rewrites are a lifetime cap.
