Sawyer, an agent that lives inside Unity and takes on bug fixes, scene edits and SDK integration.
Unakin builds Sawyer, a coding agent aimed at game studios rather than general developers. It runs inside Unity with context on the code, assets and scene, shows a diff view in the editor and applies changes itself, so the advertised jobs are bug fixing, performance work, prototyping, code review, SDK integration, porting plans, UI and player-feedback analysis. It can run against hosted models from OpenAI or Anthropic, open-weight models, or one you self-host, and the company states studio code is not used to train shared models. Investor records list Mercuri, Vento and Mozilla Ventures backing it from 2023, and company databases place it in London. Access is waitlist-only with no published prices.
No published pricing at all. The company says it is operating with limited partners and runs a waitlist plus a direct email for early access, which is what a seed-stage product still in limited beta looks like.
Use tool ↗Sawyer is one of the few coding agents built for a game engine rather than a web stack, and running inside Unity with scene context is the part general assistants cannot copy. The published figures — 3.1x productivity, 71% of bugs solved autonomously — are the vendor's own internal benchmarks, not independent results. It is waitlist-only with no pricing, so treat it as an early bet rather than a purchase.
