Power dialer and property-owner database for commercial real estate brokers, with AI voicemail drops.
Terrakotta Inc. sells two joined products to commercial real estate brokers: a property and owner database you query in plain language, and a power dialer that calls the numbers it finds. Calls carry property context on screen, get recorded and summarised afterwards, and voicemails can be dropped in a cloned version of the broker's own voice. Calling runs on Plivo underneath. There is a Chrome extension that surfaces owner names and phone numbers on any web page, an iMessage assistant, and connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, RealNex and Follow-Up Boss. The pricing page lists Solo, Team and Enterprise plans but publishes no numbers at all.
No figure recorded: the pricing page lists Solo (1 user), Team (2+) and Enterprise (10+) with feature and support-SLA differences only. Solo and Team go straight to a Subscribe flow behind sign-up; Enterprise is talk-to-sales. A free trial is offered.
Use tool ↗Built for one job in one vertical: getting a CRE broker on the phone with a property owner faster. Pairing skip-traced owner numbers with a dialer that already knows the building is the point, and the AI call summaries mean the CRM entry writes itself. The obvious problem is that no price is published anywhere - Solo and Team both hide behind a signup flow - so you cannot compare it to a plain dialer without talking to them.
Watch out: Skip-traced numbers come from public records; calling them still puts the burden of DNC and consent compliance on you, not on Terrakotta.
