Use tool ↗About Saner.AI
Saner.AI combines a notebook, a task list and an AI assistant called Skai in one app, positioned for people with ADHD who lose track across tools. You capture notes from the web via a Chrome extension, by voice on mobile, or by importing files, and the app auto-tags them, suggests folders and surfaces related notes. You can then ask questions across your notes, Drive, Gmail, Slack and Calendar, turn emails and brain dumps into tasks, and have Skai prioritize and schedule them on a timeline. Third-party models such as GPT, Claude and Gemini are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or with your own API key.

Pros & cons of Saner.AI
Saner.AI fits people, especially with ADHD, who want notes, email follow-ups and to-dos pulled into one place and prioritized for them. Users who want a deep writing editor, team wikis or included access to GPT and Claude will find it limited or pay extra.
Pros
- Notes, tasks, email and calendar in one assistant
- Automatic tagging, folder suggestions and related-note recall
- Syncs with Google Drive, Gmail, Slack and Calendar
- Low entry price and a free tier without a card
Cons
- Free tier is tight at 30 AI messages a month
- External models such as GPT and Claude cost extra or need your own key
- Young product from a small founding team that started building in late 2023
Best for
- People with ADHD who struggle to keep notes and tasks in one system
- Solo professionals juggling email, calendar and scattered notes
- Learners who want to ask questions across saved PDFs and notes
Not for
- Teams needing a shared knowledge base or wiki
- Users who expect premium third-party models to be included in the plan
Watch out: Plan prices cover Saner's own assistant only; chats with GPT, Claude or Gemini are billed per token on top, and the headline prices assume yearly billing.
