  • Generated distractors on technical subjects still need a human pass

Text2Quiz

Text2Quiz does one narrow job - PDF in, multiple-choice questions out - and the Bloom's taxonomy selector is the one thing that separates it from asking a chatbot the same question. It is clearly a small solo-scale product: a ShipFast template, no company details, a leaderboard still marked coming soon. Token metering means a heavy PDF eats the Student plan quickly.

  • Quizzes play in the browser and also export to Excel for use elsewhere
  • Accepts lecture notes and PowerPoint decks as PDF with no manual entry

  • No free plan - the cheapest usable tier is $5/month and that is a promotional cut from $10
  • Token metering plus 5-20 MB file caps push large course packs to the expensive tiers
  • No company name, address or ownership is published anywhere on the site
  • The terms state generated topics and quizzes are stored and may be surfaced to other users
