Pixlr runs a layer-based raster editor and a simpler template-driven design app entirely in the browser, with generative fill, background removal, upscaling and text-to-image sitting next to the manual retouching tools. Paid tiers meter the generative work in monthly credits and raise how many jobs can run at once, while the free tier stays ad-supported. It belongs to Singapore's Inmagine Group, the same owner as the 123RF stock library.
Plus is $2.49 a month billed monthly or $1.99 on annual; higher tiers buy larger monthly AI credit pools (1,000 up to ~10,000) and more concurrent generations.

Watch out: 80 credits on the entry Plus plan is roughly a couple of dozen generations; if you actually want AI features you are looking at the $10+ Premium tier.
