MonAi is an expense tracker for iPhone and Android that logs spending from plain speech or typed notes, so a sentence like coffee four dollars and groceries forty becomes separate, categorised entries. On iOS, Apple Pay payments and Apple Shortcuts can prompt or create an entry the moment a purchase happens; on Android it reads banking-app notifications instead. An AI chat answers questions about spending, and budgets, shared lists, recurring transactions, multiple currencies and CSV import and export are included. It is built by Florian Vates, an independent developer in Germany.
