Miraa is built for language practice rather than for producing captions. It transcribes a clip you supply, translates the subtitles into a second language and shows both, then runs an echoing mode that steps through the lines at your own pace so you can repeat after the speaker. A chat answers questions about what was said. It is a phone product: iOS, Android and a direct APK download, with an account portal on the web. The publisher is Myoland, Inc. of Japan and the iOS app first shipped in February 2024. Subscriptions are in-app purchases at $0.99 a month for Basic and $5.99 for Pro, with prorated refunds within three days.
