What our research says

hireEZ

hireEZ is a strong buy for a recruiting organisation that lives in an ATS and wants outbound sourcing, applicant review and scheduling automated on top of it without replacing anything; the Fortune 500 logos and the 40+ ATS connectors are the proof points. The economics are enterprise: $494 a month is the solo floor, and team pricing is bespoke after a month-long pilot. A startup hiring a few roles will get more from LinkedIn Recruiter or a cheaper sourcing extension.

Pros

  • Sourcing across 1B+ profiles and 45+ platforms with contact enrichment and sequences
  • EZ Agent keeps a human approval on sourcing, screening and scheduling actions
  • 40+ native ATS integrations and a CRM that resurfaces past applicants
  • Career sites, job distribution and hiring analytics in the same platform
  • 7-day free trial on the solo tier

Cons

  • Solo tier at $494 per month is among the highest entry prices in the category
  • Team pricing is quote-only and tied to a four-week verification period
  • No public API found on the site; integration runs through ATS connectors
  • Legal entity and headquarters are not stated on the site; third-party records point to Mountain View, California

Metaview

Metaview earned its reputation on interview notes that land in the scorecard rather than a transcript dump, and that still works. The company has since repositioned around recruiting agents, so the pricing page now leads with sourcing seats at $100 and $300 a month and the notetaker is one agent among several. Good for recruiting teams that want agents inside an ATS they already run; harder to evaluate if all you wanted was the notetaker, whose price is no longer the headline.

Pros

  • Notes map to the interview scorecard and sync to the ATS, which generic notetakers do not do
  • Modular pricing: one platform, pay only for the agents a user runs
  • Free sourcing tier with 100 profiles lets you test the agent before paying
  • Compliance posture is spelled out: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA and an audit trail of agent reasoning

Cons

  • Notetaker and application-review prices are not visible on the pricing page we could render
  • Product surface has widened from notes to autonomous outreach, which some candidates and legal teams will object to
  • Two legal names (Metaview Labs Inc. in the footer, Metaview Global Limited in the terms) make the contracting entity unclear
  • Reports are an extra flat-fee add-on with no published figure

Which one fits

Choose Metaview if you need

  • In-house recruiting teams on Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem or SmartRecruiters
