What our research says

Career Genie

Career Genie's Talent DNA pitch, learning a company's own hiring pattern to rank candidates before they apply, goes beyond keyword-matching sourcing tools, and the asynchronous AI interviews plus two-way ATS sync round out a real screening workflow. Whether the matching is actually accurate is not something the marketing site lets you verify, and paid pricing is completely hidden.

Pros

  • Combines signal-based sourcing with asynchronous AI interviews in one platform
  • Two-way sync with several mainstream ATS platforms
  • Offers a managed recruiting option for teams that want candidates fully vetted for them
  • Backed by Techstars and Microsoft for Startups

Cons

  • No pricing published for any paid tier
  • Talent DNA matching quality cannot be verified from the site alone

Metaview

Metaview earned its reputation on interview notes that land in the scorecard rather than a transcript dump, and that still works. The company has since repositioned around recruiting agents, so the pricing page now leads with sourcing seats at $100 and $300 a month and the notetaker is one agent among several. Good for recruiting teams that want agents inside an ATS they already run; harder to evaluate if all you wanted was the notetaker, whose price is no longer the headline.

Pros

  • Notes map to the interview scorecard and sync to the ATS, which generic notetakers do not do
  • Modular pricing: one platform, pay only for the agents a user runs
  • Free sourcing tier with 100 profiles lets you test the agent before paying
  • Compliance posture is spelled out: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA and an audit trail of agent reasoning

Cons

  • Notetaker and application-review prices are not visible on the pricing page we could render
  • Product surface has widened from notes to autonomous outreach, which some candidates and legal teams will object to
  • Two legal names (Metaview Labs Inc. in the footer, Metaview Global Limited in the terms) make the contracting entity unclear
  • Reports are an extra flat-fee add-on with no published figure
