Fotor started as a browser photo editor and collage maker and now wraps a large set of AI tools around it: one-click enhancement, background and object removal, generative fill and expand, AI headshots, and text-to-image and image-to-video generation that routes to third-party models such as GPT Image, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Kling, Seedance and Veo. A Fotor Agent takes chat instructions for multi-step design tasks, and templates cover social posts, flyers and presentations. It runs on the web and in mobile apps, and a separate developer API sells background removal, enhancement and generation to businesses. Fotor is made by Everimaging; its terms name a Hong Kong company and send disputes to a court in Chengdu, China.
