Local drag-and-drop editor for chaining language-model steps, extended by sandboxed WebAssembly plugins
Floneum is a desktop editor where you wire language-model steps together as nodes instead of writing glue code. The graph ships with 41 built-in blocks covering text generation, structured generation, embeddings and an embedding database, web scraping and browser control, file reads and writes, plus arithmetic and branching. Extensions load as WebAssembly modules that only receive the resources they are granted, so a plugin can be written in Rust, C, Java or Go without handing it the whole machine. The project is open source and free to run; the same team maintains Kalosm, the Rust crate stack the app is built on.
Nothing is sold. The app and its plugins are open source, dual-licensed Apache-2.0 and MIT, and downloaded from GitHub releases; any model cost is whatever you pay your own provider, or nothing if you run locally.
