Floatboat, from AOE Tech Labs Limited, treats each calendar event as a trigger for an agent: it prepares material before a meeting, drafts against a deadline and follows up afterwards, keeping a workspace with files and run history per event. It reads Google, Outlook, iCloud, Notion and Lark calendars or any ICS feed. The desktop app runs on Mac, Windows and Linux, keeps files on your own machine, and reaches around 3,500 tools through MCP, including a browser it drives itself, batch document conversion, video transcription and audio summaries. A companion iOS app, FloatIM, is a group chat with your agents, and tasks can also be started from Telegram or Lark.
