What our research says

Dialora.ai

Feature-for-feature this looks like the rest of the mid-market voice agent field: booking, transfer, knowledge base, transcripts, five languages, an API. What sets it apart, and not in a good way, is how little of the commercial side is nailed down, from a pricing page that shows no prices to a terms page with an unfilled template placeholder.

Pros

  • Handles both inbound answering and batch outbound dialling
  • Books directly into Cal.com and Google Calendar
  • Live transfer to a human plus post-call transcripts and sentiment analysis
  • Documented API and an n8n integration for workflow automation
  • Five spoken languages listed, including Turkish and Portuguese

Cons

  • Pricing page displays no prices, and the site's own metadata gives two different starting figures
  • No call-minute allowances or overage rates published
  • No legal entity, registered address or country disclosed
  • Comparison pages against competitors are marketing content, not verified benchmarks

PolyAI

This is contact-center infrastructure for companies with call volume measured in millions, not a tool you sign up for on a Tuesday. If you cannot dedicate integration engineering and a multi-month rollout, pick a self-serve voice platform instead.

Pros

  • Genuinely transactional: authentication, payments and bookings, not just FAQ answering
  • Proprietary in-house model rather than a thin wrapper over a general LLM API
  • Agent Development Kit gives engineering teams real control beyond the no-code studio
  • Named enterprise references across utilities, banking, healthcare and hospitality

Cons

  • Zero pricing transparency — every evaluation starts with a sales call
  • Implementation depends on integrating your CRM, telephony and back-office systems
  • Overkill for anything below serious call volume
  • Voice-first positioning means it is not the obvious choice for omnichannel text support
