What our research says

Cubeo

Cubeo's credit-metered pricing and unlimited-assistants-on-every-paid-tier structure make it flexible for teams that want several narrow assistants rather than one broad one, and the ISO 27001 certification is a genuine signal for security-conscious buyers. At 17 euros/month entry, it undercuts most competing no-code assistant builders. The main unknown is how far 1,200 monthly credits actually stretch once several assistants and AI Teams are running against real traffic.

Pros

  • unlimited AI assistants and tools on every paid tier, not just the top one
  • pre-built agent teams for sales, marketing, HR, and support use cases
  • ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certified
  • can train assistants on video and audio sources, not just documents

Cons

  • credit-based pricing makes real monthly cost hard to predict without testing usage first
  • pricing is set in euros only, adding currency conversion for non-EU buyers
  • free plan's 100 credits a month are only enough for a brief trial

Voiceflow

Voiceflow fits CX and support teams, and the agencies serving them, who want fine control over an agent's logic, integrations and model choice, with real staging and evaluation before launch. A small shop that wants an out-of-the-box helpdesk bot at a posted price, or a team without anyone to design and maintain flows, will get there faster with Intercom Fin or Tidio.

Pros

  • Mixes LLM playbooks with deterministic workflows for predictable behaviour
  • Deploys to chat, voice, phone and SMS from one project
  • Model choice across providers, with fallback during outages
  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA-ready deployments

Cons

  • No published prices; business plans go through sales
  • Credit-based usage makes total cost hard to predict
  • Takes design effort to get good results, beyond a no-code quick start

  • Agencies building and white-labeling agents for several clients
  • Engineering teams that need APIs, code steps and model choice
