Use tool ↗About Basquio
Basquio is a web tool for market research and consulting teams that turns a brief, data files such as CSV or Excel, and an optional brand template into an editable slide deck, a narrative report and an Excel workbook, with the source row cited on every chart. It estimates the workload from the brief and files before you pay, and returns credits when a run fails to produce the promised files. A paid Workspace keeps clients, brands, templates and past corrections in memory so later decks start pre-loaded. It is built by former NielsenIQ market researchers, and prices on its own pages are quoted in euros only.

Pros & cons of Basquio
Worth trying if your bottleneck is turning a data dump into a citable deck and reconciled workbook fast; the pay-per-report option means you are not stuck in a subscription for one-off work. The catch is that SOC 2 compliance is still only planned, not certified, so treat sensitive client data cautiously until that lands.
Pros
- Pay-per-report option avoids a forced subscription for occasional use
- Outputs three formats at once: slide deck, narrative report, and Excel workbook
- Charts carry source attribution automatically
- Workspace memory persists brand rules and context across projects
Cons
- SOC 2 Type 1 is listed as planned, not yet certified
- No free tier to test output quality before paying
- Operating company and country are not disclosed on the site
- Homepage and blog show different currencies/prices for the same tiers
Best for
- Consultants who need a one-off analysis deck without a subscription
- Market research teams that reuse the same brand template across projects
- Anyone who wants charts with source attribution rather than a plain summary
Not for
- Teams that require certified SOC 2 compliance today rather than planned
- Anyone needing a live, interactive dashboard instead of a static deck or report
Watch out: Confirm current SOC 2 status directly before uploading confidential client data, since certification was not yet complete at the time of research.
