Drafts a non-fiction book of up to 300,000 words from sources you upload
Youbooks generates long-form non-fiction rather than chapters or blog posts. You upload the raw material you want the book built on, such as PDFs, documents and transcripts, train a voice model on your own writing, and the service plans chapters and runs several refinement passes before handing back a draft that can reach 300,000 words. Output exports to DOCX, EPUB, Markdown and RTF. Billing is in euros on a credit allowance: Fan at EUR 9.97 a month for 200K credits, Pro at EUR 24.97 for 500K and Enterprise at EUR 199.97 for 700K plus bring-your-own API keys, with top-up packs from EUR 5 for 50K credits. Books take a couple of days to complete.
Priced in euros, not dollars: the entry Fan plan is EUR 9.97/month for 200K credits and the USD figure here is an approximate conversion. Pro is EUR 24.97, Enterprise EUR 199.97, credit packs from EUR 5.
Use tool ↗Youbooks is one of the few tools that treats a whole book as the unit of work instead of stitching chapters together by hand, and grounding it in your uploaded sources is the right call for non-fiction. The credit model is the thing to watch: a long book eats an allowance quickly, and the generation runs for days. Fiction is explicitly out of scope.
Watch out: A 300,000-word draft is a ceiling, not a promise; the credit allowance on the entry plan will not cover a book that long every month.
