Unmoderated user testing on Figma prototypes and live sites, with AI follow-up questions in the session
Wynde runs unmoderated user research: usability tests on Figma prototypes or live websites, surveys, and asynchronous interviews where the AI reads the participant's answer and asks a contextual follow-up instead of moving to the next scripted question. Sessions come back as screen and video recordings, click paths and heatmaps, and you can recruit from a panel with country and profile filters or bring your own audience. The company is Pathway Research Solutions Ltd of London and the product was called Pathway until the rebrand — pathway.cc now redirects to wynde.io, and the terms of service still use the old name throughout. Panel recruitment is billed per completed test on top of the subscription.
Start is free: 3 tests, 250 responses a month from your own audience, with advanced logic and test variations included. Team is $175/month for unlimited tests, unlimited own-audience responses and up to 5 teammates. Enterprise (branding, SSO, unlimited users) is quoted. Recruiting from Wynde's panel is charged separately at $3 per 5-minute test, which the vendor contrasts with $4-6 at Lyssna and $5 at Maze.
Use tool ↗Wynde covers the same ground as Maze and Lyssna — prototype tests, surveys, heatmaps, a recruitment panel — and competes mainly on price, both on the flat team plan and on per-participant cost. The AI follow-up on open answers is the part that actually changes the output, turning one-line survey responses into something closer to an interview. The free tier is generous enough to run a real study before paying.
Watch out: pathway.cc 301s to wynde.io, so older links, docs and reviews point at a name the product no longer uses.
