Use tool ↗About Vozard
Vozard is iMobie's desktop voice changer for Windows and Mac. It sits between the microphone and whatever app is listening and applies one of 200-plus sound effects and AI voices, with latency low enough for live calls, streams and games; it registers as an input device for Discord, Zoom, OBS, Twitch, Fortnite and around a dozen other platforms. A Recorded Mode applies the same voices to imported audio and video files, and memes and background sounds come bundled. Three voice effects a day are free without a licence, while background sounds are unrestricted. Every licence covers two computers and the longer plans carry a 60-day money-back window.

Pros & cons of Vozard
A competent Voicemod competitor from iMobie, an established consumer-software vendor, with the two things that matter for this category: low enough latency to use live, and a device registration that the usual apps recognise. The lifetime licence at $49.99 with free upgrades is the standout — it undercuts a year and a half of the monthly plan. The free tier at three effects a day is a demo, not a usable tier.
Pros
- 150+ effects including roughly 74 AI voices, plus unlimited free background sounds
- Low-latency real-time processing recognised by Discord, Zoom, OBS, Fortnite and Roblox
- Also converts recorded audio and video, not just the live microphone
- One licence covers two computers, and the lifetime tier at $49.99 includes free upgrades
Cons
- Free tier is three voice effects a day — enough to demo, not to use
- Windows and Mac only; no Linux, mobile or browser build
- The advertised prices are permanent-discount list pricing, so the 'saving' is nominal
- Some games and services prohibit voice alteration, which the vendor's own FAQ acknowledges
Best for
- Streamers and Discord users who want live voice effects across several apps
- Anyone who prefers a one-time purchase to another monthly subscription
- Post-processing voices on already-recorded audio and video files
Not for
- Linux users and anyone wanting a browser or mobile version
- Professional voice work needing controllable, reproducible voice models
Watch out: Refund windows differ by plan — 60 days on the annual and lifetime licences, but only 7 days on monthly and 30 on quarterly.
