Smartrip is an iPhone flight-booking app fronted by an assistant it calls Adeva. You describe the trip in a prompt and it searches airlines and returns bookable one-way or round-trip options, then keeps the boarding pass, gate and timeline details together with live status alerts. Hotels, vacation rentals and post-booking help such as changing a reservation or checking in are all still marked coming soon, so today the app is a booking front end rather than a trip manager. The operator is Smartrip Inc., whose terms give an office address in London. Using the app is free; you pay the fare plus whatever booking fees the travel partners add.
No subscription or app price. Revenue comes from the bookings themselves; the terms warn that booking fees may include payment fees, service charges and taxes on top of the fare.
