Retain AI is a Shopify app for bringing one-time shoppers back. After install it analyses the store's brand and sales, segments customers to find lapsed buyers with the most potential, and writes an individual email for each one based on that customer's purchase history, complete with a generated image, then sends it without the merchant drafting or scheduling anything. Results are tracked so a store can compare these sends with its regular email campaigns. The app is free to install and comes from Chatdesk Inc., now trading as Remarkable AI, a New York company that also sells AI customer support and social engagement services to consumer brands.
