Quartz is an email client built for Mac (Apple Silicon required) that sorts incoming mail into categories you define and learns over time, then drafts replies matching your writing style from a few bullet points. The distinguishing choice is that the sorting and drafting model runs locally on the Mac rather than on a vendor server, and mail is described as end-to-end encrypted with keys only the user holds. It connects to Gmail and is CASA Tier 2 certified under Google's security assessment. The product is in public beta and free; no paid plan has been announced. It was built by Datarockets, a software development studio.
