Template-driven graphics editor built around swappable image models
Playground pairs a browser canvas with a template library for logos, posters, stickers, merch and social graphics, so generation and layout happen in the same place. Images are produced by third-party models the user picks per job, including GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro and Seedream, and each generation draws from a monthly credit balance. Editing extras such as background removal, upscaling and AI resize sit alongside the generator rather than in a separate app.
Pro is $12/month on annual billing or $15 month-to-month; generations consume monthly credits, with Nano Banana Pro charged at 4 credits per image versus 1 for the rest.
Use tool βA decent middle ground if you want frontier image models without paying each vendor separately, but it is a design shortcut, not a design tool β anyone who needs real layer control will outgrow it fast.
Watch out: Premium models burn credits unevenly β a Nano Banana Pro run costs four times a standard generation, so a 150-credit Pro plan can be closer to 37 images than 150.
