USD payment and treasury rails for institutions: dedicated accounts, ISO 20022 API, compliance in the payment path
Owny is banking infrastructure, not a personal finance app. It gives institutions dedicated 1:1 USD accounts at US banks, same-day clearing and real-time bank-to-bank settlement, with sanctions screening, anomaly detection, block and recall policies and exportable audit trails built into the money-movement layer rather than bolted on afterwards. Integration is a single REST API that is ISO 20022 native and reaches SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Fedwire and RTP; a beta covers clearing and settlement of bank-native stablecoins. OWNY Inc. is a Delaware company registered with FinCEN as a money services business - it states plainly that it is a technology provider rather than a bank or licensed money transmitter, with regulated services delivered through licensed partners.
No pricing is published. The only route in is a 'Talk to us' call booking, consistent with negotiated institutional contracts.
Use tool ↗Owny's argument is that compliance belongs inside the payment path rather than in a review queue beside it, and that one ISO 20022 REST API should reach SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Fedwire and RTP instead of five separate integrations. It is credibly documented - FinCEN registration number published, partner-bank model spelled out - but it is a sales-led institutional product with nothing you can try, and nothing about it is meaningfully an AI tool.
Watch out: This is institutional payment infrastructure with sales-led onboarding, not consumer or SMB financial management software - an individual cannot sign up for it at all.
